Dr. Kimberley Amirault is internationally recognized for her groundbreaking contributions to the field of performance psychology. As an accomplished leader and motivational speaker, she brings innovation,

to all her endeavours that yield targeted results.
- After completing her Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology (2000), Dr. Amirault established herself as a leader in her field, becoming the first woman to be the Performance Consultant with two of the largest professional sports organizations in North America, the New York Rangers and New York Knicks from 2001 until 2005.
- She helped the Canadian Women’s Hockey and Canadian Cross Country Ski Teams bring home gold from the Salt Lake City Olympics in 2002, and the Canadian Speed Skating Team bring home gold and silver medals from the Torino Olympics in 2006.
- Dr. Amirault was the Performance Consultant for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the NHL from 2007 to 2010.
Dr. Amirault is currently the Performance Consultant for the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL.
She is also the Lead of Sport Psychology for the Canadian Olympic Committee for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. She has held the position since 2008 where she helped the development and implementation of each Canadian Team’s Preparation Plan for the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympics.
Dr. Amirault was the Director of Sports Psychology at the Canadian Sport Centre Calgary, from 1998 to 2011 where she provided leadership to a multidisciplinary performance enhancement team dedicated to the support of over 500 elite athletes and coaches.
In 2008 and 2012, Dr. Kimberley Amirault was selected by The Women’s Executive Network (WXN)™ as one of “Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100”. In 2009 she was selected as Calgary’s Top 40 under 40 by Avenue Magazine and also as one of the most influential Canadian women in sport and physical activity by the Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Sport and Physical Activity.
Dr. Amirault lives the philosophy of embracing challenges and pushing the boundaries to achieve more for herself and her clients.
